Transform Your Life IN THIS COLORADO NATURE-bASED RETREAT

This intensive experience will provide an opportunity for deep soul-based expansion in and around the serene Gothic, Colorado setting. Combine the deep healing and soul expansion opportunities from Darlene's work, coupled with Erica's energy and enthusiasm as a mindset and accountability coach - and you get a dynamic duo ready to help you spark your ascent.

• Therapeutic outdoor retreat using evidence-based holistic mindfulness, cognitive and somatic modalities that connect mind, body, heart and spirit in nature.
• We'll focus on developing inner wisdom, tools for nervous system regulation, and a deeper understanding and connection with our true selves.
• As a group, we will explore ways to restore and facilitate healing to live more connected, authentic and joyous lives!  

Retreat begins at 9 AM on Thursday, September 4 and ends by 4 PM on Sunday, September 7. Option to add lodging for arrival Wednesday, September 3 and extend to Monday, September 8.
